You can register through the Fox ESS Installer Program Portal at https://installer.fox-ess.com/de/site/login. After registration, you can select your level, complete the requirements, and upload the necessary documents for verification.

Levels & Requirements
The program is structured in different levels based on your activity and engagement, such as installations and training participation. As you progress, you unlock additional benefits and recognition.
Typical requirements include a certain number of installed systems, participation in training sessions, and submitting relevant documentation through the portal.
Some requirements, such as installation volumes, need to be fulfilled on a yearly basis to maintain your level. Other actions, like initial onboarding steps, may only be required once.
If requirements are not met over time, your level may be adjusted accordingly. You can always regain your status by fulfilling the criteria again.
You gain access to training, certifications, and program-related benefits depending on your level. Additional rewards and features may be introduced over time.
Documents & Verification
You can upload all required documents directly in the partner portal under the respective level requirements. Once submitted, your documents will be reviewed by our team.
Verification times may vary, but you will be notified by email once your submission has been reviewed and your level has been updated.
No, once your submission has been confirmed, you cannot upload additional documents until the review process is completed.
FoxCloud & Tools
Simply complete the registration form available in the Installer Program platform menu. After submission, you will receive your login credentials from Reonic by email within a few days.
The platform automatically synchronizes your installation data with FoxCloud once a week. Based on this data, it tracks and updates the number of systems you have successfully installed.
